Artist's Statement:
"I make naked poetry films as a form of artistic healing to take back my power after experiences of gender-based violence. Through exposing my body on my own terms, I transform past vulnerability into intentional authorship.
As someone with Irish Catholic heritage who was driven away from my Catholic faith because of my queer and trans experience, I am choosing to reclaim my spirituality at the site it was taken from me: my naked body and through expression of my gender and sexuality.
Through my sexually expressive art, I strive to create moments where spirituality inhabits the body, proving that some things are just better said naked."
